I had some real life issues and was switching over to new VPS but vps companys can be a pain in the ass sometimes.

But the good news is that the server is now up and running on 4GB RAM Intel Quad core Q6600 2.44 GHZ Dedi.

Added TeleBlock saving. If u logout and then back in ur still tbed if u got tbed after u logged out.

Barrage + blitz formula recoded. If u wear staff u hit with barrage 33 and with blitz 29. So +3 damage with staffs.
